MEET THE CAST OF EQUIPPING THE DREAM, THE INDUSTRY'S FIRST REALITY SHOW
MEET AND GREET THE FOUR BROKERS WHO COMPETED ON CAMERA AT DEBANKED CONNECT MIAMI
Four aspiring salespeople went to Rochester, New Hampshire to learn from the best and improve their skills. While they helped businesses acquire trucks, backhoes, and machines, they found that they were not only equipping America’s dreams, but also their own.

Raymond "RJ" Rochelle
Originally from Arkansas and a veteran of the merchant processing industry, RJ arrived at Equipment Broker School with the most sales experience in commercial finance of the four trainees.
“I’m here to learn but I’m definitely here to compete,” he said in his opening interview. Of all the trainees, he arrived with the most experience in sales. “You’ll see in a minute. You’ll hear that bell ringing out there.”
Thomas "Tom" Long
Tom from Western Maryland was ranked as having "moderate level" experience in the business. Coming from a background of leasing and acquisitions in the energy industry, Tom founded Impact Commercial Capital in December 2018.
“I’ve been trying to crack the code on equipment financing for about two years and I got a couple of deals,” he said about why he had applied for Equipment Broker School. “I am here because I have made hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of phone calls and I am still struggling.”

Angela "Angie" Thompson
Hailing from the corporate side of the business world with experience in franchises, Angela arrived at the Equipment Broker School with an eager intensity to learn and make a difference.
“I hope to be in the finance industry, helping business owners in another capacity and helping them find money for their businesses,” she said. "Primarily I’m interested in helping women and minorities and to me, a big adversity is being a black woman.”
Juan Carlos Marcano
Juan is a serial entrepreneur that was born and raised in Venezuela. Having lost all five of his previous businesses before trying his hand at equipment financing, he described himself as a "super warrior." At the Equipment Broker School, Juan was determined to make this field a success,
“Whatever I do, I build it and it works because I work very hard,” he said.
